Well we were there staying as a family for a funeral. System was down when i checked in. So they had to do things manual. Whuch was okay. It took a little while and was supposed to be comped parking. Little to no hot water. And had to change rooms do to a leak in the bathroom. Our room was unlocked and open when we arrived. Both of our rooms had issues with the doors locking or not closing. Beds were super uncomfortable as well. A little upset considering we like residence inn normally.

Facility is clean and easy to get to. Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful. Glad to have access to laundry room.

There was construction like noise throughout Friday evening. Thankfully we brought ear plugs otherwise we would not have slept. When asked at the front desk we were told there were no other complaints from other guests. Meaning what? Since we're the only ones then we don't have a valid complaint? No solution offered. Thankfully that was our last night. We wanted ice during our stay and when I called the frontdesk they advised the in-room freezer could make ice if we move the lever. So we did and we were told we would have ice in 20mins. After over an hour and a half I called the front desk again to be told to walk downstairs to get ice from them since the freezer did not produce ice.

Overall good stay! Room is huge and very spacious/accommodating. Overall very clean only comment was pillow had some unfortunate looking stains and under the bed looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well as the staff during check in and whenever we needed any help were very accommodating and helpful! Would probably stay again.

"Good"

The room was hot and the AC was restricted from going any colder. The room was also loud because it backs to major road. We ended up giving up going to sleep and drove home at 11:30
