"Avoid this hotel"

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but…Check in very cumbersome. Even though all our info was included in the booking, had to hand fill out several repetitive forms at check in while other guests waiting in line. We were charged $100 for apparent blood stain on the linens. We are healthy and over decades of hotel stays, have never encountered this. Incredible!

"Ok for a night or 2"

Half the dishes were missing and ac/heat was loid and inaccurate. Fron desk was very nice. Elevator broke down. Had to walk up and down 3 flights with my hannicaped family member.

The cost to charge electric vehicle is very high. No where does it show price. Not fair. It is terrible. Shame on them for price hikes. I will not stay there ever again.

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I am a platinum member - Booked the hotel for my daughter and grandson. There was an issue with the check in - took over an hour at midnight to get it resolved - then after check out the were charged a pet fee but they were not traveling with a pet! They claimed they had evidence but refused to share. After countless calls we have escalated to our credit card to dispute. They most rude group of people. Do yourself a favor an stay at TownePlace suites in Fredericksburg - They are super. Stay away from this place - the worst ever!

"Manager refuses to speak to customers, rude staff"

Front desk staff was rude both in person and over the phone. We were double billed and billed a different price than quoted. Despite two phone calls, manager refuses to return calls. The front desk says they will only communicate via email. Do yourself a favor and just stay someplace else!

The room is way overpriced! There is other hotels in that area that are more spacious and affordable, with rooms just as nice. The room was clean and staff was nice.
