For a hotel with such great reviews when I was booking my trip, I was disappointed on arrival to find how unaccommodating the staff were. The breakfast options were basic which was expected, however it was obvious from day one that the usual condiments like salt and pepper packets were inadequate. In addition, the staff present did not speak English enough to understand what was being asked when asked for these items. I found the property to be clean, both inside and out. The swimming pool is located in the front, visible from the parking area and main entrance, which I found could be more welcoming if there were more privacy provided. Also, for some reason the hotel wrongly charged me an extra $100 for dirty linens after I checked out. I had housekeeping inside the suite each of my 5 day stay during which time the suite was straightened up reusing the same linens without any visible signs of damage. Yet somehow, even though I physically walked through a final time to make sure everything was inorder before checking out, as I have always done over the past twenty plus years of vacationing, I ended up with the unjust and ridiculous charge for dirty linens of all things. I initially chose this location because of its convenience to family but I regret this decision now.

My experience started great with my encounter with Mr. Adam at the reception. Very warm and friendly, and talked about how busy Route 95 is. We got in one hour early and checked in very quickly. I loved my room, very spacious but most importantly it was CLEAN! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with a young man Mr. Jeremiah working very hard and filling everything in a very speedy matter. When we checked out Alecia was so friendly and wished us a safe trip. We are hoping to stop back on our trip from the south in a week. Thank you for keeping your place very welcoming. Kudos!

The staff were fantastic! I was so impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. In a culture of phones and poor work habits, it was a breath of fresh air to have people who were dedicated to their jobs. The rooms were excellent and so was the breakfast

This hotel has continued to deteriorate since the last renovation. Replacements in the rooms (lamps, for one) are very cheap. The bathrooms have very poor lighting. First room we were placed in had a strong smell of ammonia or cleaning products. So bad we had to ask to be moved. No mention of giving us points or any other compensation for the inconvenience. Moved to an ADA room. Noticed the tub was not ADA and there was no way a wheelchair guest could have showered. We have been coming to this hotel for many years, as our grandchildren are nearby. Over the last few years, we have been unable to receive a Marriott Titanium upgrade. There is always an excuse, usually that they are too booked. This excuse was given when we stayed Christmas Eve and the hotel was close to empty. It is apparent hotel staff have been told to not give upgrades. We have vowed to avoid this hotel and the Fairfield next door (same owners) in the future. We’ll be staying at the nearby Hampton inn (unless we find out they are also with the same management group. Marriott needs to do a frequent inspection of this pitiful excuse for a Marriott property.

Husband and I stayed 4 nights. Room was clean, and the staff was wonderful. Had a good selection of breakfast foods downstairs. The pool was small but perfect for sunbathing a couple hours. The only complaint I have is the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

My room was fine. The entryway and breakfast area were very loud. They could use some sound proofing. Luckily my room was mostly quiet despite how loud it was in the hall.

On hotels.com it said there would be a $25 pet fee. It was actually $40. The staff after seeing we had booked through hotels.com told us its our own fault for using a 3rd party to book hotels. We were given a room that had a view of the garbage dumpster.
