"Noisy and 3rd party reservation means 3rd class guest"

We booked through Chase Rewards travel service. The Hilton hotel staff are not at all empowered to deal with issues if reservation is booked through a 3rd party. Our room sounded like tent next to IH10. The staff could not even move us to another room. He had to buy a room at the. Residence Inn next door which was fine.

"DEF the BEST in Beaumont"

The front desk contact was SUPER nice and very helpful with offering suggestions for local restaurants and even the casino nearby. The hotel was clean (I am EXTREMELY picky) and I WILL be staying here again as I plan to visit once a month.

"Not your usual Hilton property"

We usually stay at Hilton properties. This is the second one that has been below expectations. Room not ready when we arrived but card already charged. Also no free breakfast. Luckily there were restaurants near by that we went to. Oh and not Hilton’s fault but the construction made it difficult to get in and out of.

"Good value for the price."

Pros: Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice towels. Walk-in shower with good water pressure. Reasonable price - considering it was Friday night on a holiday weekend. Cons: We were on 1st floor on highway side (104) so there was a good bit of road noise. It didn't keep us awake, but light sleepers might have an issue. Hilton Garden Inn's don't serve complimentary breakfast. I knew this. Just letting others know, in case they don't read the fine print. Breakfast is available for a reasonable charge, but we opted to get breakfast elsewhere. Our walk-in shower was very narrow. A larger person might want to take a look before checking in. It could be a problem for them. Also, our shower door was installed wrong so that the inside handle was on the toilet side. Just awkward. There was a sign in the parking lot that read: GUEST PARKING USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS. Just a little disconcerting. We had so issues. Beyond that, it's a comfortable room for a reasonable price.
