Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont, TX

Super friendly, helpful staff!

The only issue I had was the lights went off. Because of this I was unable to finish working for the day. It also became a litter hot in the room.

Clean, neat updated propert

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Despite being on the highway, I heard no highway noise in my room. Two chain restaurants within walking distance. I was here on business. Would stay here again.

Good location. Rooms and hotel was clean. No free breakfast, but could buy.

This stay wasn’t as great as the first. Price of the room was way higher. There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom door. Black light test revealed splashes of fluid on the walls near the bed. Bugs in the shower. Food on the carpet near the air conditioner. The air conditioner would not cool the room as well as the last room. This stay want my usual good experience.

I enjoyed the bed over all. The room was clean (I check with a black light), and I like the large desk for setting up my office. Service was good, check in was good, and the location had easy access to the interstate. I prefer Hilton because it’s consistent anywhere I go.

Great place to lodge

Excellent property. Tried to stay on the “way back home” but price jumped $60 a room from Thursday night to Monday night. Crazy! Other than that, I’d stay here every chance I got! It was top notch!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was not only rude the day we checked in but his behavior was the same throughout the entire stay. . He, apparently, works at another hotel (where we stayed 2 nights later) and his behavior was the same - hostile. We noticed his behavior was quite the opposite with others - courteous, accommodating, and even eagerly helpful. Breakfast was another matter entirely. The waitress was a behaved similarly to the receptionist, eagerly helping certain customers and giving little attention to other customers like ourselves. On top of that, our breakast omelet came with a surprise - it was half full of jalapeños and little vegetables! Who knew jalapeñoss are supposed to be in excess in an omelet, making the omelet inedible altogether? Said mishap was neither met hy an apology or attempt to correct. I can't imagine how they treat others if they're treating established community members like myself like this . I will never be returning to HGI Beaumont and won't recommend anyone to stay here. I've been to a HGI in Texas recently and was treated like everyone else. T. This is clearly an isolated issue but, regardless, needs to be taken seriously as the same staff works at Homewood Suites nearby (much better experience there, however).
