Location is convenient to interstate

There was no hot water to take a shower. Staff offered another room but couldn't promise hot water, said only 1 boiler was working

Just an overnight stop with our dog on a road trip back home to SC. Convenient location with restaurants within walking distance for dinner. Staff at the Bistro in the am were friendly enough though seemed tired and not very engaged in their work at 9am. They mentioned there was a Waffle House down the street that had a better selection when we were looking at the menu options.

We would not know. You advertised a free breakfast, then posted a $28 fee for it. The receptionist advised us that the free breakfast was only for one guest in the party. We will not stay at another Courtyard and will be leary about your other establishments.

The hotel looks new on the outside… Entered the room and the room was extremely hot. The thermostat is obviously on a motion sensor. But it doesn’t maintain any normal type of temperature. The A/C turned on, so I went across the street to eat while the room cooled. I came back from eating and “yep” the A/C turned back off and the room got hot again. Took 30min before it was actually comfortable. Went to take a shower this morning and couldn’t get the water above luke warm. Let the water run for 15min and still couldn’t take a shower. The Good: Room was clean! Just my opinion… stay in the Fairfield across the street.

Great location with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Very nice!!
