Stayed here because of indoor pool. Was told pool was open till 10pm. Went to go down to the pool after checking in around 7:30 and pool had sign saying it was closed for maintenance. Just would have been nice if we had known before hand. Other than that the stay was great. Clean room, very comfortable and quiet.

Location and the room was nice

Fire alarm was going off for hours, piercing loud and had to leave until it was fixed. No hot water for a shower. Staff was average at best

Back Courtyard was nice.

Poor customer service, coffee was not ready in the morning at the cafe inside and the in room coffee maker was broken. Overall it was not clean.
