The location.

The crazy neighbors and barking ass dogs that kept us up all night while.tbey beat each up in their domestic dispute. The warm beer i paid almost $7 for at the check-in counter. The seven stains on the couch, or the pillow cases that still had makeup on them from whoever stayed before us.

Location was great . Breakfast was good

This place needs lots of work. Fan going in the hall after a very evident water leak. Room very shabby. Broken tiles, saggy bed, grimy couch. At breakfast the toaster was broken and food mediocre.

Lack of any cups, and general supplies that come with most hotels. Unfortunately saw roach come out of kitchen drain so that wasn't good.

An old tired overwhelmed Residence Inn but great Bricktown location. The good is that the hotel allowed us an early check-in and late checkout (Titanium member) and the rooms were quiet from internal noise (rooms next door and above). The bad is that like other reviewers pointed out the street noise late at night was horrendous. Cars racing, engines revving, people shouting, etc. Breakfast was pathetic. Out of juice, oatmeal watery one day and concrete the next, waffle mix watery one day and sludge the next. On the sludge day one of the waffle machines was out of order because someone dumped almost the entire container of mix on it (top must have fallen off). Lobby bathroom had no toilet paper. Gym had no wipes nor towels, and one treadmill was broken. The room had missing door cabinet panels, stains on the rug and tears as well, and the ice maker was not working. Normally a very friendly and hospitable staff tries to make amends for these items. Not at this hotel as the staff was not friendly nor helpful. This hotel really needs a complete makeover and refresh.
