It was fine. The breakfast was good, room was fine.

The doors did not shut well and easily were left ajar. The drain was clogged. The pool had at least 15 roaches in it.

First, I would like to thank Miss Laura for our check-in. I am a Best Western member(Diamond Select), and she really recognized that. She upgraded our room without us ,without asking. She provided snacks upon our arrival. She truly takes her job very seriously. And the second person is Miss Amanda, who takes care of the breakfast and treats the guests with great care. The hotel is very well maintained. My room was clean, everything worked perfectly. Clean bathroom. Great breakfast to start the day; we were lucky, it was bacon day. We checked out with Amanda, everything went smoothly. Very quiet and safe place. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Miss Laura and Miss Amanda and the entire team.
