"Excellent"

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as it is close to where I need to travel to. This time the air fresher was excessive! As soon as I walked into the hotel my eyes watered and allergies flared up. It was overbearing. It was the worst near the elevator. But still present in the rooms. Breakfast was decent, and I like that they provide non-dairy alternatives and that you can get coffee, tea and water at all hours. Staff was pleasant, and it was always clean.

"Absolutely terrible experience - do not book"

They refuse to answer their phone. My flight was delayed and my brother arrived before I did. I tried and tried to call them and could not get through. Once he arrived instead of giving him a number I could call and actually get a person, they would only provide the Marriott corporate number. I called Marriott corporate and even at that point she wouldn’t listen to them. So basically, completely incompetent hotel who can’t bother to be contacted. Stay away!!
