Breakfast excellent. Front desk staff great.

TV service atrocious. I was there for several nights and there was no Netflix or Amazon available on any night. Local channels like CBS, NBC, ABC often not working. Monday night football not available on ABC. Food Network not available. Lots of pixelation on the screen and halting movement of characters. Was told that the storm was likely the problem but the storm wasn't so bad that it would have affected cable or internet. Only people with satellite dishes would have been affected by the storm. Older adults depend on TV and not their phones for entertainment and this is not the first time I've had TV problems with Fairfield. Takes too long for water to get hot

"Passable place if you need one night near Laguardia, not so hot for a city trip"

Nice helpful staff

The location was really hard to get to. 15-20 minutes to nearest subway, not restuarants near by, very noisy street.

On site parking is not too overly priced. Really close to where i needed to be in astoria.Comfy beds.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as it is close to where I need to travel to. This time the air fresher was excessive! As soon as I walked into the hotel my eyes watered and allergies flared up. It was overbearing. It was the worst near the elevator. But still present in the rooms. Breakfast was decent, and I like that they provide non-dairy alternatives and that you can get coffee, tea and water at all hours. Staff was pleasant, and it was always clean.
