"Would come back again"

Location was very convenient to basic needs and entertainment.

Your breakfast needs a lot of work. The coffee was great. My children disliked 2% milk. Was not allowed to bring food back to the room for child that needed to sleep in. A self serve buffet style breakfast would be so much better. Thank you.

"Need to check all shower handles so this doesn’t happen to someone that has an attitude."

Very clean and staff was nice

My mom and I got in around 12:00 am and wanted to take a shower no hot water. I wouldn’t bother the staff that time of night so call in the morning they came and took care of it. The shower handle would not go to the H setting.

Nice interior

Price jumped up considerably when I booked the room. Advertised a restaurant even had dinner hours posted. I was told no only breakfast. Breakfast was not ready at opening. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, it was pre-made and reheated. Charged me $11.00I could have purchased the same thing at a gas station. By the way your elevator inspections are way past expired. In room coffee pot was moldy and scaley. If I wanted water it had to be purchased.
