Unacceptable Experience – Unsafe Room & Disrespectful Staff I had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience at this Marriott Courtyard. Upon arriving at my room around 8 PM, I found the door propped open with the locking mechanism. Inside, drawers, cabinets, and the closet were all left open. With people running through the halls, this made me feel unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. When I reported this to the front desk, the associate was dismissive and unprofessional—referring to me as “girl” and refusing to provide her name when I asked to speak with a manager. She informed me that all managers were on vacation and offered points only after I insisted on speaking to someone in charge. Her attitude was rude and condescending throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, my colleague’s refrigerator was broken, and she needed it to store medication. We were told no maintenance staff were available. There were also no snacks or water available for purchase, and the associate gave conflicting information about what was “complementary.” This experience was not only inconvenient but appalling in terms of customer service. I felt disrespected and dismissed despite being the one placed in an unsafe situation. I do not recommend this property and hope Marriott takes immediate steps to address the staff’s conduct and improve guest safety and service.

Couldn’t find my reservation and the. Once found the computer wouldn’t take cards and then the computer shutdown altogether and then was told you have to check in on you phone and that didn’t happen either the family and I stood in the lobby at 130am for over 45mins until we was given a key and the. We were charged twice and still having issues with getting a refund.

Wonderful stay and we have stayed in so many hotels, by far one of my favorite! Competent and friendly staff, very clean room, quiet, and just overall wonderful!

Old. No bar no dinner. Room old. No bright lights. Tub so old it had slick bottom. Dangerous to older people. 1 coffee period with no ability to get a second one for room. Will never stay here again. And might stop staying at all Marriott properties because I cannot trust them
