"A bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!"

The entire facility was so clean, the room esthetic was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant!

The vending machine on our floor (3) was completely out of drinks. My husband tried the next floor, which was empty too, before going down to the main floor to get a soda. Not a deal breaker though.

"It was a busy weekend! I did walk around and look but I’d love to comeback and enjoy more of this hotel!"

Very beautiful- nice location. Clean. Room didn’t come with a microwave- just odd but TVs did have Bluetooth capability which is so much better than a microwave. Has a nice full length mirror in room.

Elevators require hotel key- wasn’t warned about this- so always leave room with your key. Maybe booking had the deposit listed wrong- but the deposit was $100 instead of $50. Bathroom didn’t have a vent. Bathroom lights were very dim- makeup ladies- you’ll have to trust in the dim light or do makeup in the desk/bedroom area.

Пришлось просить дважды, чтобы нам принесли контейнеры для еды в номер. Воду в душе тяжело настроить. Мало средств для ухода для пятизвездочного отеля. Нет тапочек в номере.

"Recent stay"

The room was recently updated and everything was clean and new. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable.

At times, staffing seemed inadequate. The bar offered few dining options but the bartender was very nice.

"Hyatt Coralville is outstanding"

The Hyatt Coralville IA is in a wonderful location. Close to University of Iowa campus, just off of I80, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The rooms are large, clean and up to date. They are extremely quiet to outside hallways and street noise. The amenities are exactly what a traveler needs. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful and layout very good to locating the restaurant, elevators , etc. The value of the hotel was great. The staff from when you walk in the door through restaurant and bar staff, maids and the front desk all displayed Friendly and professional customer service. All the Hyatt staff there are great ambassadors for the Hyatt. I look forward to more stays at the Hyatt.
