Room not ready till 4. Loud air conditioner. Dirty, smelly room. Several broken items in room. Not up to previous stays at other Residence Inns. Older property needs refreshing. Front desk employee was excellent.

Huge rooms, great free breakfast, helpful staff, very clean and quiet, nice pool.

Pillows were too soft, I had to use 2-3 pillows since they would squish so flat. Some of the linens were a little stained.
