Breakfast was fine. The location was fine. Close to Hershey Park.

Cleaning the sheets. Had some stains on them.

Clean. Quiet. Safe.

That my key card stopped working at 830 am. Check is at 11am. I couldn't get back in the building or into my room. Same with spouses card. Worker at front desk said that has been an issue. This was a pain when trying to pack and load the car.

Front desk receptionist was welcoming and very polite!

There was a ripped condom wrapper next to the bed and hair ingrained in the wash clothes from a previous resident.

Convince of the property location and most of the staff was very friendly.

The bed frames were very flimsy, and the beds slid across the floor. The check-in staff told us our wrong checkout date and we checked out a day early because of it. Our stay was supposed to be saturday, august 2nd to sunday august 10th. The check in staff told us our stay ended august 9, so we checked out on august 9 thinking I made a mistake in booking. The checkout staff told me I had one more night after I had loaded my car.

So clean and staff was very friendly.

I mean the elevator was not working but thankfully we were on the second floor.

The elevator is broken, the facilities need renovation. The staff is terrible; someone opened my door at 1 AM with another key even though the room had been assigned to me! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and it was terrifying to have a man enter my room at 1 AM saying that the room had been assigned to him! I had already reserved and paid for it. The cleaning service knocks on my door at 8:29 AM; it's unbearable, they won't let me sleep. The breakfast was terrible, all the food was bland, including the yogurt.
