Front desk very friendly TOLD US ABOUT A GREAT RESTAURANT CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. Best pizza, we had in a long time

Location, decent breakfast

Too much noise, very old facilities, beds are uncomfortable you feel like your falling off them.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great, they always have strawberry waffles when they know I'm there.

Needs a new mattress.

Damp mold smell

received call from hotel that our handicap room is being fixed and offered another room with $90 discount and stated that when room is fixed we can move over to it, that never happened, instead we were given a room with 1.5 foot tub that we had to step over, which mind you is not easy when you have problems with lifting your leg, that is why we always get a handicap room with rolling shower. there was dirty ring in the tu, mb, the patch job above the job looks like it was done by a 2 year old, with mold around the bottom outside seal of the tub. room was only maintained once in the 5 days we were there and only because we requested twice for the trash to be picked up and clean towels, mind you we had to ask twice and it finally happened on our last day there and was never vacuumed. Breakfast looked like it was left overs from the previous day. got a half hearted apology from manager, in my opinion we should have received and additional discount for the inconvenience. bed too soft and worn out.
