Cisco inn

Booked a non smoking with a king per available. Got to hotel and only had a smoking with full. Rude lady working counter. Zero stars!!!

Quiet, comfortable bed

The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully booked, but it was quiet. We could not hear traffic from the interstate in our room. The price was fair for this location. I booked through expedia with no problems. Check-in was very easy and the attendant was friendly. They do not offer a free breakfast (Sonic is 2 blocks away) but they do have a full size coffee pot in the room, which is nice. Overall, I would stay here again and I would reccomend it as a budget hotel.

All the walls need to be cleaned. (The doors, door knobs, ect.) O always take my cleaning supplies with me. There aren't very many options in Cisco, and the ONLY reason we stay there is because our grandkids are super close to that location. Be prepared to start sweating when you go to check in. Lobby is hot and they have yet to turn on the a/c. They are not very friendly, but their son down the road at Executive Inn is very friendly and their rooms are cleaner!!

The Attendant raised the price by $80.00 and would not accept the credit card. Said had to pay cash and to take it up with Expedia. I will drive to the net town to keep from ever staying at that location again.

It was fine. No issues. Service was friendly, everything worked in the room. Its just a mediocre place.

Did not feel safe. Front desk didn’t speak clearly. Did not feel safe .

It was one of my worst places I ever stay. I thought I was somewhere in India in midlife eastern country. For the quality and the service it should have been priced at $15-20. Save your money find different places or sleep in your car instead.

The shower was hot the bed was comfortable

There was poop on the toilet seat and there’s mold on the piece of drywall falling down in the bathroom. Long stringy hair in the shower at check in.
