It’s July in Texas— the AC wasn’t turned on AT All. I arrived at midnight, my room was warmer than outside!

Bugs everywhere in the room. Plugs for phones, etc, were unsightly. Wouldn’t stay there again.

"Worst stay ever....."

This was the worst smelling room I have EVER stayed in.. it was SO bad, after 30 min in the room, I had to go to a store and buy 2 boxes of baking soda, 2 candles, and a bottle of fabreze just to eat away the horrendous smell...

Kept me outside in the cold for 20 minutes while they attempted to locate my reservation. Very rude. This was at 8PM BTW. An aging hotel in need of a serious upgrade...
