Metro just around the corner. Room was good, although the robes provided didn't seem fresh. Staff were kind.

Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla metro, zona tranquilla e ben collegata. Servizi in hotel compresa la lavanderia self di ottimo livello. Personale gentile e cordiale. Colazione ottima e abbondante, sia europea che asiatica. Consigliatissimo

Staff very helpful and arranging, especially with a baby.

Aircon not great so a little stuffy we had to sleep with windows opened so a bit noisy.

Brand new facilities , very comfy bed , great breakfast

Taxi brought us to correct hotel but doorman said we need to go to their sister hotel , we had to move , it took other hotel 20 min to say we were in the wrong one and we had to take another taxi , after we finally arrived back , the staff did not even apologize for their mistake . We lost about an hour

The staff remembered us from the week before. Very nice and friendly. Very attentive and kind. They have got v good knowledge of local sightseeing spots, cost, distance from the hotel. Even seasonal events. If they are not sure, they look up their own phones to search it up for me. I think they can encourage the residents to reuse their towels than changing it daily.

The WiFi is a nightmare as if fighting w the data card. Impossible to get a smooth connection. One of the bed in the twins room wasn't v comfit. Smoke of cigarettes at bedtime. Probably from the upper or lower floor. It's the resident's fault, not the hotel's fault. Noise early morning as residents starting their business day. Door banging and woke me up from 6am. I had passed on my feedback to the hotel as it can easily improve the hinges and avoid the issues.
