I like it much. Surprised to find out there's such a massive shopping mall right next to the hotel !! Staff were excellent and v helpful, from the reception desk to the waiting staff and cleaning staff. V easy to pick up by taxi. Breakfast was nice, adequate, not posh but v nice to have choice of congee and sweet tofu. Staff v attentive. Front desk staff has excellent knowledge of local availability facilities, distance and time to various places, opening hrs and cost of local services. If they don't know, they were v keen to look it up for us.

Room has no bathtub but happy w the shower. Coffee machine seems playing up when the milk runs out. Coffee was too strong for us. Learnt the lesson from the first morning and found a choice of choosing weaker option. The WiFi seems not existing even the staff has been helping me sorting it out for a few times. All good as I have got my own mobile data to us. Pillow too hard and high for me, a bit sore shoulders in the morning.

The first room smelled strongly of smoke. They changed it the next day. The receptionists cannot speak English.

Breakfast buffet was good, more than enough choices. Hotel is in a good location-central to metros and lots of restaurants and cafes around for food .The bed was large and super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Had a lovely weekend break and will be back.
