Una estancia muy placentera, el hotel está como para no salir de ahí, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el área de spa, con su alberca climatizada, sauna, vapor, jacuzzi fue lo mejor. Lo único es que les recomiendo elegir los cuartos de arriba ya que nos tocó en el piso 1 y se escucha mucho ruido en la noche y muy tempranito ya que está pegado al restaurant. Igual un mantenimiento a los baños ya que emiten ruidos raros y en el área de spa tiene un olor feo.

"Incredible place to stay for tour of Guanajuato"

We loved this stunning place and would like to come back soon. Breakfasts were superb, (coffee so so). We ate dinner one night and it was disappointing. Rooms are quiet, roomy and comfortable. Most require 2-4 flights of stairs which enables views of the historic buildings and mountains in the distance . Staff was outstanding at every level. Spa was enjoyable with first rate massage therapists on the team.

"Fantastic hotel"

We loved the historical and beautiful setting of the facility. We enjoyed a superb lunch and dinner and English speaking staff. Sometimes it takes long time to get minor service done (bringing coffee supply, for instance) and the AC system was so old and loud, yet we were so glad to choose this hotel. We also wish there were screen windows/doors so that we could enjoy fresh air. The Spa ladies were great too!

Nice folks and very attentive staff. Very clean hotel, awesome food. Would recommend ceiling fans and refrigerator in suites. Will stay again!

Beautiful and spacious suites, fabulous bathrooms, lovely pool area, and wonderful service. Absolute perfections except that restaurant should be a bit more haute cuisine to suit the high level of this hotel. Very enjoyable stay!
