"Recommendable"

Very nice hotel in quiet surrounding. Friendly and helpful staff. 15min walk to city centre. Only issue was that TV broke first day and could not be fixed the following days. Got offered a different suite but declined as it was less pleasing.

Beautiful chic boutique hotel, the rooms are so big and nice, the only thing was that steam room on spa was not working. Spa service was excellent.

"Hotels.com should be honest with their quotes."

The stay was good. The only problem is that Hotels.com does not provide clear prices. Advertises cheap but at the time f payment shows the real fees that are way higher and appeared in smaller font. I was surprised when I found out that the cost was almost 5000 pesos for 3 nights, not the 456 pesos per night they advertise.

You definitely have to try this place, it’s reasonable, peaceful, clean and beautiful… the only 1 start I’ll give to this hotel; at the time of my check out, the way things were handle really made me feel uncomfortable, I have never taking advantage of places or steel from them specially if they have all your personal information, if I can’t afford I won’t even try. Thank you to Juliana kind and friendly!!

One of a kind all beautiful hotel. Every detail is taken care of. Clean, well maintained and tasteful architecture that gives the sense of a peaceful ambience. Guanajuato has a lo of places to visit but we could not wait to go back to Villa Maria and stay there enjoying such a beautiful hotel.

"Delicioso lugar "

El lugar es espectacular, la comida es deliciosa, cuidan todos los detalles. El spa está increíble tiene un alberca subterránea caliente deliciosa. Y lugar insuperable.
