Hotel Casa Colonial

Quaint. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

The property is located in a very good place.

There are number of reasons that I don’t like about the property. It’s a run down property Needs a lot of upgrades Unsecured lock in the main door Water is muddy Toilet roll holder broken No phone in the room No adequate charging point No working desk and chair Dirt keep falling from the roof on the bed Lizards poop on the bed and two times pooped on my head and it affected my health. I left the hotel sick Animals walk on the roof 24x7 and it was disturbing all the time The most disgusting and unacceptable thing is that I complained to the hotel staff and nothing.happened. I even told that I am overcharged and requested for a partial refund but it went into deaf year. I am sick and it is certain that the lizard poop is the reason as it pooped on my body.

The beds are comfortable and the a/c and hot water is great.

The breakfast is still absolute trash! Gallo pinto burnt yet again. I’ve stayed here before and that unfortunate detail remains consistent. Get a new cook!

Nice and helpful staff.

The lighting in the room was not clear enough for me to do my makeup… but it was not a big deal.

Very spacious room with huge comfortable bed, the place was very clean and cozy and located right off to the side of the Managua’s Main Street.

The beers there were a little more expensive than other places in Managua.
