Ambience of hotel was lovely

First time when I entered the hotel, the 3 male staff members were there at the reception. I asked them to show me the room. But they didn't bother. They even didn't switch on the fan. I disliked their behaviour. Remaining staff was good.

The front desk management team was very nice. Breakfast choice was good.

I asked the Hotel to do some laundry. Two shirts came back with dark grease stains. I complained. The front desk called her boss who alleged that I had given the shirts in stained. Very disingenuous behaviour by the senior boss. I got the stains out by using shampoo and sponging them - proving that the problem was with the hotel. Not good!

Hotel was great. The staff was super friendly. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Hotels was beautiful. It was close to everything, but off the main strip enough that it was quiet and private.

Shower with cold water only have, not a big deal but hot water is always a plus.

The outside pool area is nice

Woke up at 6am on Sunday because the roof has a transparent tile for light that cannot be covered & staff talking loudly in front of the room. There were some minor things (I had to go ask for towels, the breakfast yoghurt is a sugary drink “yoghurt”..) but not getting a good night’s sleep is the main reason I wouldn’t go back.

Stayed here with my wife for two night. The service was out of this world. The location is great with some good restaurants in walking distance. It was extremely safe as they kept the front gate locked. The hotel was beautiful, including the lobby, rooms, pool area, and patio. There was secured overnight parking. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to serve us in any way possible. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect little cute villa.! Very accommodating! We came in at 3am and they let us stay til 12! So nice !

We loved the feel of the room, thought was put into continuing the colonial atmosphere. The walls of the bathroom were awesome too! The room was small but big enough to accommodate us and lovely just as it was. We didn’t get to try the pool but it looked clean and inviting amongst lovely gardens. The breakfast was also good.

Dim lighting, the desk lamp was missing a bulb (no, we didn’t ask for one). Not a pretty view from the window .
