"Horrible experience"

Nothing

The bathroom was under construction, and when I asked to move to a different room they gave me one totally different that I booked and it was very dirty. I really don't recommend this place! The customer service is very bad too, I complained about it and they did nothing!

"Room was fine but receptionist was trash"

There was no breakfast which was ok because there was alot of place to eat within walking distance. The room was nice and clean.

The receptionist was so rude. She had the worse attitude and smart mouth. I honestly don't think she's in the right position. To work in customer service you can't be rude. I wasn't pleased with having to walk up 3 flights of stairs having a bad back and my friend just having foot surgery. We asked for a bottom floor room and was told there wasn't any available but we looked at the empty rooms on the bottom floor all weekend. And it was after 9 pm when we checked in. The young lady told us its not too late to go somewhere else. That was very inappropriate and rude and disrespectful. With attitude like that I will never spend my money there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

"Overall it was a good stay. There are a few changes that need to be made."

The rooms were great and the staff very helpful. I loved tho location not too busy.

We would really like breakfast. When you have to be back on the road around 8-9 am a hot breakfast would be great. Also, plaving a family with kids on a top floor is a no no. I was up nearly all night listening to kids run through their room!
