There were roaches in my room And I did not receive an invoice from the hotel upon checkout and I did not receive the AARP discount I requested!

I could hear every move other guest made. The coffee was awful.

There was no breakfast available but the facility was clean and well maintained. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

I did not like that there wasn't a light breakfast available.

The beds are okay. Not terrible but not great. The pricing was reasonable. Some days offered good value and others were overvalued. However the staff were wonderful, very helpful, and kind.

Across 3 weeks we stayed multiple times for work. Each trip we were in different room. Out of 3 sets of rooms, 2 of the 3 had german roaches. Not a large number, you'd see one here or there but they were there. Only once did we get a room stocked with soap, shampoo, & conditioner, so factor that into your decision if you forgot to pack toiletries. The rooms were cleaned but only superficially, in one room there were still cloths in the drawers from a previous tenant.
