Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa

The location is great, it's central to excursions, shopping, and dining. The atmosphere in the main lobby and mineral pool is nice. The room I stayed in was very run-down, with holes in the walls and mould on the bathroom ceiling. We wouldn't shower or bathe as the tub was severely discoloured, and the bottom of the tub was painted to try to hide the grime. The beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy, and I hit my ankle on part of the steel that was protruding from the bed frame. I felt we paid too much given the poor repair of the room. I felt like the staff did a good job cleaning despite the state of the room. I felt that overall the building was clean. I didn't find any issues with unwanted noise. The staff was top-notch. I found them courteous and helpful.

The pool and spa options were great.

The toilet paper was almost the worst I have ever used.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, easy access to where we wanted to go. lots of towel and soaps etc for all our guests in room.

I found the bed a little hard for me but overall it was good. Carpet was needing a cleaning or changed but i know you are doing restorations. A little wear and tear at pool but nothing to really complain about.

The staff were awesome, pool was clean and water very warm however the hotel room was extremely dirty, unsafe, with extension cords supplying power. Oil stains in chairs, water stains on ceiling, paint chips/missing paint on walls, missing/cracked finishes on TV stand and headboard and the three lamp shades were secured with nothing.
