Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa

Getting run down. Carpets stained, walls need painting, tiles cracked around pool. No microwave, no in room safe. Diningroom feeling more like a cafeteria with it bright lights but for the meal prices, you'd think the atmosphere would be better. (Go to the lounge instead) Great staff thankfully.

Stopped back in on a road trip from out west. First room issued was difficulty to find, got upgraded to a superior suite with a jacuzzi… sweet! Except upon checking to that room found remnants of former use in the toilet bowl, and on towels (makeup). Not stoked about that we were offered another room - suite with a king bed and living area. Very spacious but not finished. No decor. No thoughtful layout. When the outside city is somewhat lacking in aesthetic appeal, it’s imperative that rooms open for rent are somewhat well designed. Worth the price paid? The spa is lovely, other guests from an Ag conference were friendly, and staff tried to accommodate. Service at in hotel restaurant was slow, painful and felt like being in time out rather than dining out.

Temple Gardens is an absolute gem. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Our rooms were upgraded to the executive suites that are absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Top notch for sure! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a smile and a hello. The restaurant service, food and value for your dollar were very much appreciated. Temple Gardens is perfectly located to walk to downtown shopping, the tunnels and do much more. Definitely recommend.

This was the most disappointing experience. The condition of the room we stayed in was disgisting. Bodily fluid stains all over the furniture that looked like it was picked out of a dumpster. We stayed in a Luxury Jacuzzi Suite and it was anything but luxury. We paid over $300 for one night in a room that looked like it gets rented by the hour. The mattress was so old it was like sleeping on a box spring. I tried to switch our room, but everything was booked. We didn’t sleep at all and it was an overall terrible experience. Definitely not the spa experience we expected at this price point.

stayed 2 nights, nov 29, nov 30. Vehicle was broken into in garage, items were stolen at over $900. Vehicle was locked. High prices for room but security was not provided. Very disappointed curtis Roll arherbert2000@hotmail.com

Room did not meet minimum clean standards. Noisy renovation outside our room, poor location of room, dirty, noisy and no hot water, view outside was of hotel sign. Booked through Expedia and hotel assigned poorest room.

My 3 daughters and myself had an amazing stay at Temple Gardens. We were welcomed by friendly hotel staff at the desk. Our room was a beautiful suite with plenty of space. We definitely enjoyed the healing waters of the pool and steam room. The next morning after breakfast and one more swim, we treated ourselves to a service at the spa. I would definitely recommend the spa to everyone. The staff make you feel welcome as you wait in a relaxing waiting room. My service attendant treated me with kindness and respect during my service. I’m definitely going to be back again. Thank you so much.
