Pool was great! Newly renovated room was lovely! Supper at Harwoods restaurant was fantastic!

Lovely pool. Rooms are modern and new. Front entrance a load/ unload and enable easy check-in. Staff can be more friendly/helpful.

Location is great. Easy to walk to shops and amenities. Atmosphere is always great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a renovated room the last 2 visits and both were amazing. This time was more than expected. Value for money very good.

Room was clean available at arrival time, Courteous staff

Bathroom vent really allows sound to carry. The conversation of others was as loud as if standing in same room so privacy issue

Beautiful layout design, loved to mineral spa and the family room was spacious spectacular!!!

The rugs to the pool felt quite dirty…should have brought shoes or sandals

Dirty rooms. Has hair everywhere, the sheets smelled like it’s used, there’s a pair of mascara taped in the blower and garbage shoved on the side of the bed. It’s disgusting.

Terrible experience with newly renovated room. Toxic sewer smell from drains in bathroom string enough to make me physically sick. Nothing worked in room. Temperature control broken. Hot water not available. Only warm after 20 mins. Tv remote control didn’t work. Staff didn’t apologize, offer a remedy or seem to care ,

It is a very nice get away to reclaim yourself and the water is amazing for the aches and pains.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not the hotel for you. They are doing room renovations, the sound of grinders, hammers and any other kind of construction noise you can think of was constant from 7am - 6pm. It is extremely hard especially with a baby to get any sort of quiet time. We asked to move rooms but unfortunately they were sold out. They should be posting somewhere that they are doing active renovations and the hotel will be noisy. If we would have known this we would have stayed somewhere else. Rooms are also extremely outdated and in need of a refresh. Paint on furniture is chipped and paint is peeling off walls. In all honesty, I can't say anything positive about the hotel. I'm sure it will be nice once renovations are completed but for now we will stay elsewhere on our trips to Moose Jaw.
