Wildcat Inn and Tavern

Great location. We stayed in room 4. The staircase getting to the room was steep and narrow. I could only carry one bag at a time due to the width. I would not recommend this room. Very very small. The bed was a double which we thought it was suppose to be a queen. The bathroom is very small and is not well lit. The whole room had poor lighting. It was located over the kitchen and found to be loud during those hours. The property was clean. The staff was friendly and great!

The location in Jackson was excellent. There was good Parking on site and the area was great for walking. The bed was comfortable.

The room was small and too hot. There were two noisy Air Conditioners working but hard to sleep with the noise. No breakfast on site. No staff at the property on arrival.

Confusing when we arrived. No one at the desk but we located a guy who was the cook who showed us the rack with reservations and info for our room.

This is a small historic inn with character. The room is a bit small, but not uncomfortable. It is in keeping with the historic nature of the building. You won’t find a refrigerator or microwave oven or elevator, but will find air conditioning and a fireplace. The food in the dining room was good and affordable. Tuesday night is open-mic night. The staff and customers were all friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying at the Wildcat Inn for an enjoyable experience.

no one to ck us in??? pub--closed for both nights we stayed. couldnt even get ice. tiny room. have stayed there many times before but wont be coming back
