Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hebron - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

This hotel is newly renovated, and not everything is ready, but the room was clean and comfortable with good lighting and access to charging ports. The shuttle was very efficient. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and friendly. It is very convenient to the airport.

Take a look at the attached pictures. How would you like to stay in a motel room with that bathroom? This hotel was absolutely terrible. It was being renovated, and this was not disclosed online. I could go on and on, but the pictures of the bathroom speaks for itself the board of health should be monitoring this facility while it’s being renovated.

We booked this hotel weeks in advance. There was no mention of the renovation that was occurring. The lobby was all drywall dust and bare. Our room was hot and humid with a malfunctioning air conditioner . We requested to be moved to a different room but were told none was available. we checked out and found another hotel. We have not been able to get our credit card refunded for the trip. Called several times and asked for the manager but he was always "unavailable "

We arrived 1.5 hours early and the lobby was being remodled and there was it was completely dirty. There should have been curtains or something. I asked the clerk (Jill) if our room was ready. She said yes its ready, but if I wanted the room early, it would be $25 more. I should have cancelled the reservation then.then, but I wanted to see the room. Enroute to to the elevator, the floors were filthey and ther was water on the flower. The elevator was worse; debree/construction dust was everywhere and this was not cleaned the two days I was there. The hallway to the room had paint chips on the floor. The room was clean, but the faucet and toilet didn’t work and towells were stacked next to the sink, taking up all the counter space because there were no shelves. They came on some time later. The phone and some of the outlets didn’t work. The breakfast was in styrafoam containers and had to be taken to the rooms to eat and the only drinks were the one cup coffee maker in the room. This Hotel was not ready for occupantcy. The room was over $100 per night which was not worth it. Unsatisfied and disappointed.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. I wish lights were brighter in the bathroom.

Was charged teice. Once through Expedia and thrn again at hotel. Room was not ready, and room i did grt was partial remodel, room was not completed

When I arrived, I discovered that the hotel was in the middle of remodeling. There was no microwave in my room and the front desk stated that there were none available. On my last night at the hotel, My room did get a microwave, I was told that some had come in on that day. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant enough. However, I think that the price was too much for the state of the hotel. I had to walk over a HVAC system in the middle of the hallway during my stay. I believe that I should get a free nights stay to compensate for my less than ideal stay.

Property as of 4/2025 being remodeled with limited room availability, and staffing appears to be shorthanded. Suggest checking other alternatives for a period of time.
