Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hebron - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

This hotel was rather awful in many ways. The best thing about the stay was the service, and the hotel shuttle. It was also nice that they had lemon water available and coffee at all hours in the lobby. There is construction going on, so we expected things to be in process and dirty. However, the bathroom in our room was gross. The fixture in The shower was corroded and chalky. You had standing water after 1 minute of it being on and it was grimy. The door to our room was open when we arrived as we found that the door had to be lifted and almost slammed to close. There was a fridge but it was super uneven and rocked obnoxiously when we walked by and my bed was super squeaky anytime I moved. There was also a piece of chewed gum on the carpet in the hallway that was there when we arrived and when we left two days later. It was obvious that they didn’t clean the carpet in the hallway.

Under renovation. Inside of elevator car had construction smears that were not cleaned up during our entire stay. Interior was dated and scuffed. A bath towel was almost worn through. The entire experience just demonstrated the hotel staff had stopped caring a while ago. Beds were comfortable and that's about it.

Hotel under renovations they allow the workers to work until midnight. I had to say something for them to stop. Heat and ac didn’t work. Drain in sink broke in bathroom. No one at front desk to help with problems. You get what you pay for here.

The hotel was relatively run down and the room was in awful shape- including very suspect(?) marks/stains all over the couch. (Big ew) The bedding, at least, seemed clean. The man Demetrius at the front was an 11/10 excellent customer service agent- and I hope his hard work is acknowledged- even though the owner of the facility seemed relatively rude. The pool was great, and kept at a nice warm temperature that my son was able love.

Front desk staff was amazing and accommodating. There was construction which was not with in business hours, after multiple complaints construction finally ended at 1 am. We were there for a sick child seeking medical care and there was no way for her to rest. There was no notice on expedia's website and they were accommodating to transfer us hotels.

Under construction and was totally unaware before checking in.

This hotel is declining. We are finding this to be the case with many Choice hotels

Where should i start? Well, lets see. First we get into the elevator. Its disgusting. Then we get to our floor and it smells of pot. Not against pot but it was a little much. But worst of all our bedding smelt like vomit. I slept in my clothes and then burnt them when i got home. I couldnt leave this hotel. The bed bugs were very friendly
