Helpful and friendly staff, good Ice machine !, AC worked very well, plenty of space and desk for writing. Very good Mexican restaurant right next door.

Tired hotel, dirty towels, wifi not working

had to change rooms because they did not tell upfront that the rooms upstairs were only accessible by stairs, at 80 yrs old that was not acceptable, changed rooms and had to pay for premium room with no refundable for staying in smaller room. Also no wifi even though there info stated wifi available would not had booked it if this was told upfront.

Big room, clean, the room comes with a deck, all the windows of the room open towards the courtyard so the room is quiet, the fridge and the microwave come in handy, and there is a pool. It's also a convenient spot on the way to North Cascade National Park and a lot of hiking areas.

The staff was friendly. It is an older hotel which needs a deep cleaning. It smelled musty. Everything was old and grimy and looked dirty. The bright spot was the bathroom was clean.

Apart from the location near North Cascades national park, not much is great with this facility.

There was no wifi in the hotel Towel provided were yellowed. Did not even feel clean. Disgusting. Insects in the bathroom The chargers would not fit in the sockets Old broken furniture. Everything was minimal - Only one set of sheets on beds, Only one set of pillows. Overall feels very unhygienic.

The staff was exceptional. Came up with a excellent cup of coffee when I really needed it
