No breakfast

The wi fi was out and they did not know if they will be getting it back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues there. No internet availabke--not the property's fault, but still a problem as I had a zoom class that night. No drain plug in the bathroom sink and the entry way light didn't work.

My room had a very strong and nauseating pet (Dog?) odor. It also triggered my allergies and I had sinus problems which kept me up half the night. I should have requested a different room. The room had a sign stating no pets allowed, and I can't fault them for someone bringing pets in, but they should have had the carpets cleaned/room deodorized before renting it.

Room was average, not super clean, fingerprints everywhere, dirt pile behind door. Receptionist said she did not know of anywhere nearby to get a meal and did not offer to look up nearby places on her computer. no wifi available. Happened to look across highway and a couple blocks away there were several places in a mini mall to get something to eat. No way to prevent window from being opened fully from the outside so had to leave it shut all night.

Property is a little outdated but was very clean. Front desk staff was efficient and pleasant. The hotel was very easy to find, right off the freeway.
