"It was good...until it wasn't"

The front desk staff was friendly, but the check-in process was disappointing. Three of us arrived together for separate rooms. The first two checked in without issue, but when it was my turn, I was told there were no rooms available. I was asked to wait in the lobby and offered a complimentary lemonade. The pillows were very uncomfortable — I ended up with a bad headache and even had to walk two miles to Walgreens for ibuprofen. Noise was another big issue, with the guest above me walking heavily late into the night. When one guest checked out and another moved in, the problem continued. The restaurant next door is convenient but overpriced. Pros: Friendly front desk staff Grocery store right next door Cons: Reservation not honored at check-in Uncomfortable pillows (caused headaches) Excessive noise from upstairs rooms Overpriced restaurant next door

The bathtub had black stains on the bottom...water pressure was poor...the ironing board was broke...the room was just ok, not great...the breakfast was a joke...very limited continental and "scrambled eggs and bacon for $16 more???Not impressed at all...we had to make 2 separate reservations which I will blame on expedia, but we were told we could stay in same room both nights...the next morning I was locked out of my room and had to wait for over 30 minutes and a manager had to be called to fix the issue...2 Star experience - 5 Star prices!

Stayed 4 nights. Very clean, updated hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Comfy beds. Breakfast buffet was just ok, but for a few bucks they have a menu breakfast that was actually excellent; worth the money IMHO, unless you just want a bowl of cereal and fruit. Room 448 was amazing… away from the elevators at the end of the hall, and overlooked the municipal airport so we got to see small planes come and go, and twice watched a hot air balloon land from our window. Nice sunset views as well
