Great hotel, and the staff are amazing - Van Duc in particular was so helpful during our stay. We hired a car for a day trip and transfer to Hoi An and the service was fantastic. Rooms are lovely, the breakfast spread was tasty and varied and the location was perfect to get to the river or the citadel. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The bar area looked nice although there wasn’t much of an atmosphere and the service could be improved.

This was a awesome hotel. Van Duc was the best. He helped us in every endeavor. He made everything simple. His English was great. He had a good sense of humor but with a professional way about him. Van Duc made our trip feel Like home. Thank you. We will be back soon.

My experience here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and welcoming to us as tourists who were unsure of where to go or what to do. Special shout out to Van Duc, who heard the news of my birthday, and came to my room and surprised me with a small cake from the staff. He made his best effort to help me and my friend who stayed feel welcome, safe, and informed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Hue, Vietnam.
