Overall a very good hotel. Generous breakfast buffet. Attentive and hard working staff - reception, food service and housekeeping. Excellent view on the 16th floor.

I found a cockroach snooping around on top of a towel in the bathroom. The thermostat is difficult to use.

Hotel was excellent with great facilities. The staff were very helpful. We forgot a charger in the room and it was returned to us before we even left which was amazing. They also organised a car to take us to Hoi An which included some stops along the way. Our driver Nhan was great and very helpful. Thanks again!
