Really enjoyed our stay here in Hue! They were accommodating when our booking didn’t go through correctly and helped us get the rooms we wanted. The concierge, Van Duc, was so helpful in our travel plans. He was able to help us with food and transportation recommendations.

"Pleasant stay"

The rooms were great for the family. Service was fantastic in particular Van Duc the bell porter. He greeted us every day and helped us to organise personal servers for the day trips we wanted to do. Breakfast was good, wished they changed up the menu a bit as we got over the menu during our stay. The swimming pool was pleasant as its heated by the sun. I did noticed a lot of black on the grout so I’m not sure how often they are cleaning it. It got under my kids nails so I was apprehensive of taking them again to the pool after the first trip.

"Uncovering the Secrets of Hue"

We recently stayed at the TTC Imperial Hotel in Hue and it was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what made our experience truly magical was the incredible service, particularly from Mr. Van Duc. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Van Duc made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel, offering warm, personalized attention. He went above and beyond in every way, from seamlessly organizing our laundry to offering impeccable recommendations for local restaurants. He truly knows the best of Hue and pointed us toward unique locations, including essential, detailed tips for visiting the Imperial City. His kindness, constant smile, and dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience (even with tourist information and travel logistics) was unparalleled. If you visit Hue, you must stay here and ask for Mr. Van Duc! A well-deserved 5 stars!
