"Was a great stay, great location for our purposes (baseball game) and staff were very friendly!"

I traveled with my wife and 2 kids, at check-in the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a studio, that wasn't available during reservation, to help better accommodate.

We went to a Blue Jays game and after the game was over we returned to the hotel, as patrons were returning, 2 of the 3 elevators were inoperable, not exactly convenient timing.

"The staff made our stay exceptional."

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredible. Our housekeeper and the valet drivers were exceptional. We loved every single thing about the kitchen in our suite.

The pool had so much chlorine in it that it burned my eyes. The pillows on the bed were not as comfortable as we would have liked.

"I would definitely stay here again"

Location it was clean I enjoyed the breakfast

My only issue was they couldn’t find my truck key when it was time to leave it was resolved fairly quickly
