La chambre était propre et calme, nous n'entendions la s les bruits dans la rue. La literie était confortable.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, soit 1 chambre avec lit 2 personnes et canapé lit. Le canapé lit n'était pas fait à notre arrivée, et n'était pas confortable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful—everyone from the doormen to reception to breakfast staff go above and beyond. Breakfast was also great with a good variety and great coffee bar. The area is safe and easy to navigate to everything in downtown.

Nous avons été charmé par la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel au complet. L’hôtel a une place centrale quant aux points d’intérêts. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir une chambre suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes et un chat. Et avoir le petit-déjeuner compris est avantageux avant de partir vadrouiller aux alentours.

Nous regrettons qu’en plein hiver, ils ne fournissent que de très fines couvertures. Et la piscine était fermée tous les jours, hormis mardi, dernier soir du séjour (4 nuits) ; on avait remarqué des commentaires similaires de précédents clients.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Proche de la gare. Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable.

Everything to me is excellent

We booked a room for four people, but were given a room suitable for only three, even though the hotel claimed it was an “upgraded” room. One person had to sleep on an old sofa bed that was thin, noisy, and extremely uncomfortable. Another slept on an extra bed we specifically requested, which was just as uncomfortable. We were also not provided with enough towels for four guests. The worst issue, however, was cleanliness. The dishes were dirty: glasses had dried liquid inside them, cups still had dried coffee stains, and we even found muddy spoons in the drawer. This is completely unacceptable. I had to call reception multiple times to report these issues. After the second call, the person in charge was very rude. While I understand that repeated calls can be annoying, the room was delivered in very poor condition, and the least we deserved was basic respect. To make matters worse, I was told that we had to wash the dishes, even though we had not used them. I had to explain that we are not responsible for cleaning items left dirty by previous guests. Finally, upon checkout, we were charged around $50 for Wi-Fi. According to Booking, Wi-Fi was free. Apparently, the hotel charges for “high-speed internet,” but this was never mentioned at check-in, nor was there any notice in the room. The charge was taken directly from our deposit without giving us the opportunity to question or dispute it. In conclusion, the room price is high enough to reasonably expect a clean, comfortable, and properly prepared room. The first night was very disappointing and uncomfortable. While the location is great, you can definitely find better hotels in the same area for the same budget

Lo pongo aqui como recomendacion la estacion de café y chicolate el desayuno podria quedarse 24 horas eso seria un exito.

Sehr zentral in der Downtown nahe dem CN-Tower. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen direkten Ausblick auf den Tower.

Das Frühstück samt der Platzverhältnisse war schlecht. Es gibt nur ein begrenztes Kontingent an Plätzen, welches bereits kurz nach 7 Uhr belegt ist. Dann kann man entweder ewig warten oder das Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Die Auswahl ist auch sehr begrenzt und eher amerikanisch geprägt. Ferner gibt es keinerlei USB-Ladeplätze in den Zimmern. Ist vielleicht ein Luxusproblem, aber wenn man nur einen Adapter für die Steckdosen hat, wird es eng.
