It was conveniently located

Key essentials were not included in the room. When the staff was notified they assured me the issues would be corrected. Yet the issues were never fixed, despite talking to staff 3 different times. The room rates were extremely overpriced due to a college graduation nearby

It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad. The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water just cried. We were really looking forward to him having time in the water. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper many times. So that was a little annoying. This was our third year in a row to choose staying at this hotel. Next year I’m not sure what we will do as the bed was a huge disappointment for us.

Bath tub an shower should be updated.

Everything good, nice decor, except the smell of bleach in the bathroom was overwhelming and irritating to breathing passages. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed and opening windows, though fresh air did not help. Too strong a mix of bleach in the cleaning.
