The staff are amazing and friendly, but the hotel facilities are so bad, one of worst showers I’ve ever had, even they fix it again wasn’t work, also the room doesn’t have small refrigerator, hairdryer, location is far from the downtown so if you are coming to visit the city do not get the hotel this area.

The Green Park Hotel is gorgeous, elegant, cozy, spotless, and pampering. The food in the restaurant is outstanding. Even more wonderful than the hotel itself are the loving, kind, helpful and delightful staff there. We were in Mexico City to visit a very sick family member in the hospital and we felt like the compassionate staff carried us through a very difficult time! Muchas gracias to dear Rene, Gerardo, Luis, Musio, Alejandro, and all the others who took such good care of us!

Fantastic rooms for a really good price. It’s along a busy highway so there was a lot of traffic noise. I’d suggest bringing ear plugs or playing white noise at night. Overall great experience and will stay again

The bed sheets were not clean, no change was offered, not even a change of room.

We are in an express trip, very tired, and had to find a one night acomodation with no time for a deep planning. We found the green park hotel and it seemed ok. At first the hotel look very nice, an old hotel but a handsome one, then you start to notice the poor conditions: the non functioning air extractor at the bathroom, the small shampoo, conditioner and soap, the dirty curtains, the black spots at the shower and the worst, hair and a stain at the bed sheets and bathroom and stained furniture. We had to ask for more shampoo and soap, and they only gave us two little small bottles and another small soap. And, when I asked for a bed sheet replacement, they told me that at this hour (23:00 hrs), they have no personal to change the sheets and they can't provide me with a clean bed sheet, because they have no access to them!. My husband was very tired and didn't want me to ask for another room, but the concierge didn't offered it either, the only answer to our problem was a simple "sorry". So, here we are, stucked in a disgusting and unclean room, feeling ripped, very tired and with a no good rest night ahead. The good thing is that, from the balcony, you have a very pretty view of the trees and some tall buildings, if the cleanliness and attention were good, this could be a charming hotel. If you can pay for this dirty place, you can afford a better quality one by the same price, do not waste your money here in the mud.

It's a comfortable stay. The entire vibe of the hotel is a little vintage. While the balcony view is nice, it's located near a very busy street. So it's hard to actually sit at the balcony and enjoy a quiet afternoon. Desk service can communicate in English, room service was quick and reliable.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The windows and the hotel building were very nice. The breakfast was very basic, but one can order also extra eggs or similar from the menu. The service was poor for a 4* hotel, like they stayed in the 90s. There was no concierge to help with tours, the reception made few many mistakes with the bill and the arrangements around the room. The location is OK, but too far from bars, restaurants or anything else, and our room was on a very loud and busy street.

This is a beautifully renovated space that has much to recommend it. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, with huge bathrooms (double sink, stall shower and soaking bath), with tv's in the bedroom and bathroom (though there was no sound for CNN, the only English language station). The lobby is also elegant and beautifully done. The hotel is located across the street from a major park. The staff was unfailingly nice and helpful, and the day desk person was particularly helpful. The two hotel restaurants were fine and the breakfast was good. On the negative side, the location was a bit far from anywhere you might want to visit (nothing really walkable), although most places easily were accessed by Uber - there are very few restaurants or shops in walking distance. Apparently the subway goes under the property, and you can often feel the vibrations in the toilet area! The street in front of the hotel, which fronts on a central and lovely park, is quite busy, and the sounds from passing trucks can be a bit loud. I found the beds overly firm, but our friend liked it fine, so that is just an issue of taste; they have no feather pillows, only foam. If you stay at this hotel, throw in a nightlight and a multiple socket adapter as there are not a lot of outlets available in the room. In general, a very lovely place to stay, but not in a super-convenient neighborhood.
