Not a 4 star hotel. Run down rooms, Noisy since it’s next to a busy street, and difficult to get into public park. I would recommend paying a little extra and staying at a better hotel

"Beautiful Hotel"

Excellent service, beautiful hotel. Not the most comfortable mattresses for a 4star hotel and the shower is a bit dated but overall a great experience with excellent service and a great location.

"Almost locked out of hotel"

The hotel stay itself was fine. Staff were generally friendly, if a bit aggressive on pushing their restaurant and affiliated taxi service. The rooms were clean except for the remote control. The problem occurred when we were trying to get a taxi to the airport. The Uber app for my phone was not working so the person working the front desk suggested a taxi stand. We went and there were no taxis there. But when we went back to the hotel the person had ordered the gate that separated the hotel entrance from the street closed. Thankfully we got back before the gate was closed but this left the impression the staff member wanted us gone! Very disappointing end of the trip and we did manage to make it to the airport without the hotel’s help.

"Mi Casa Away From Mi Casa in Mexico"

Wow! I really can't say enough about the Green Park Hotel in Mexico City. The service is top-notch. Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, is so incredibly friendly and takes the time to get to know you personally. The food at the on-site restaurant is so incredibly delicious. The hotel is also located near El Bosque de Chapultepec, which is a beautiful park and is great for getting in a nice morning run. I was actually legit sad when I checked out of the hotel. My stay truly surpassed my expectations.
