"Excellent"

Some of the staffs do not speak English well. There is a bit challenge to comunicate with staffs. I was hard to call front desk as well, since one of the phone is actually not working in my room. The first night, we stated in first floor room. It was very loud. I barely get any sleep, due to the traffice noise. The second night, we moved to a higher floor, and it was much better.

"Hidden treasure"

I stayed at the Green Park hotel with my sisters and mom. The room was beautiful and the service was very good. Large room, gorgeous hardwood floors, and wood work in the room. Plan to stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City.

Excellent location, directly across the street from a large park and zoo. The hotel provides bicycles to ride so we explored the park. Stores and metro are nearby and within a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful, professional and freindly. Well worth the stay!

Absolutely beautifully decorated, clean with the best customer service I have ever encountered. The restaurant within the hotel was wonderful as well! The food was delicious! I will definitely return on my next trip to Mexico City! EXCELLENT !!!

"Classic and beautiful place"

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. We had an indoor room which was quiet, large and beautiful! The valet parking (Ruperto) was super attentive and always took good care of our car. The restaurant the view is beautiful and the waiter very attentive. The maitre or restaurant manager was actually the only downside of the hotel handling personal issues by phone while we were there (totally unnecessary).
