The Green Park Hotel

The hotel is old school-in a good way! Staff is attentive. They have 2 restaurants and the Mexican restaurant garden is gorgeous. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Very spacious rooms. A little loud if facing the main road.

Even though the property seem old, it is well maintained, very clean and there personnel very hospitable. Very large room for a family of 4.

This is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful service, good food in the restaurants.

The decoration, the room view over the park, the large size of room, the beautiful bathroom, alll made the stay wonderful. Only complaint is that it seemed understaffed, not always someone around to pick up the food trays left in the hall by another room that used room service all the time

Easy check-in and check-out, good food, room service. Friendly staff. Didn't realize they would iron for you, as they do not have an iron or ironing board in the room.

Very pretty interior courtyard. Room size was large and bathroom nice. Staff was friendly but the service was awful. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee at breakfast. There were few waiters and they were chauvinists. The hotel sits on a park. The View restaurant was empty (perhaps due the time of year of our visit) however the Park Villa Hotel (connected partner hotel) has a lovely restaurant with an outside garden. Service there was very slow too.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and I've staying in a LOT of hotels around the world, from $1 a night to 100s a night. The staff was completely unprofessional and lied to me during my entire stay. Beyond the TV not working and the shower only having cold water, there was a party underneath my room which I was uninformed about at check-in. Not a little party but a massive one. The sound system was right under my room. I complained, was told I should suck it up and deal with it and that the music would be done by 10pm. The music didn't end until 2am. I complained throughout this time and I was told again and again to suck it up. I was in a park view room. It's not a park view room its a loud busy street room with windows that don't block any of the sound. Beyond all these horrible experiences the hotel itself is gross. I chose this place because of all the good reviews and I was baffled after my experience. Who is writing these reviews?! I will never stay here again, I left after 1 night of my 3 night booking.

The room and facilities in general were clean and well kept. Our issue was that we scheduled massages (as listed in their hotel guide book in each room), and it turned out the person we spoke to hired outside contractors instead of going through their own spa. Which mean after the service, they asked us to pay DOUBLE the listed price and pay in cash on the spot (when we were told we could pay via CC). Ultimately, we had to run to the bank, but only paid what we saw listed and demanded the hotel pay the remaining amount as we were duped. The hotel manager seemed a little incompetent and kept muttering that it was someone else who booked the service.

Great stop in Mexico across the street from The parque de Chapultepec. This place has great showers (with jets in a column). Very cozy and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is outstanding. The service was the very best you can expect, smiles, attentive, did I mention attentive 110%. We loved landing here after a day visiting pyramids. The area is a very quick ride. We took uber all over and it was 2$ basically to get to where you want to go...
