Very dusty rooms. Noisy a/c units. I asked about getting rooms dusted out or to change room but then we came across the so called owner whom stared saing bad words in front of my kids whom are 2 and 8 years old and he said if you like it if not you can leave so we did we did not stay at this very bad place they have homeless ppl living in premises near the pool very bad will not visit this place or will not recomend anybody going to this place

It’s close to the freeway

The rooms are disgusting the staff are petty and it smells like wet dog

The hotel that we booked was not what it appeared to be online it was false advertising and refused to give us a refund

Check-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.

The fact that they never gave me my deposit back the room was a mess
