I had to give another deposit that I never got back

It was easy to find and right off the freeway

In the bathroom when we first arrived in the room we saw someone else's clothes in the bathroom and a cockroach. We left right after that and did not end up staying the night. We have requested a refund due to this and they are not honoring the refund. The guy at the front desk was polite.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Room was clean and Didn't smell. Room came with a fridge and microwave. Pretty roomy. The hotel was very quiet.

The door was extremely hard to open. Which could just be because it was kinda out of frame.

I didn’t like that the room’s floor was dirty as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped in months, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and also had hair on the sheets. Lastly I didn’t receive my deposit back and don’t understand why when I left the room the same way it came.

Didn't receive deposits back manager was very rude unprofessional

The hold stay was a nightt

That it was a big space

The window was broken.the towels had fecal matter on it.the bed was uncomfortable. The tv looks like it is on its last legs and the front office has bad customer service because they are supposed to make sure the customer is fully satisfied all they were doing was walking away and then we had to keep walking away and they also slammed the door in my face when i asked for my receipt

Charged $20 for 1hr extended check-out.
