They stole 2 rings of mines . Left in the room for 2-3 hours gone . Call them and asked them if they had it in the lost & found and the front desk girl said they don’t ..I gotta wait a day for my rings cause they don’t have cleaning ladies thru out the day ..yall service is trash . Breakfast nasty af

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk agent Vida who helped with check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near major landmarks and great restaurants made my stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this stay.
