USOur stay here was fantastic! The staff were all lovely and the grounds were impeccable. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer and enjoy all the activities that they offer. The breakfast was delicious. We did the Falcon walk with Daniel the resident falconry expert….this is not to be missed! A wonderful experience from a really nice guy. He clearly loves what he does and it’s infectious. Seriously this place is great! I could feel my blood pressure dropping just sitting outside and soaking up the sounds. Do yourself a favor and stay a few nights!

The service was absolutely appalling, the manager was terrible to deal with, so I guess this comes from top down. Lack of choice available for dinner on the wknd with only a set dinner menu available at €55 per person in a big tent outside the hotel with no toilet facilities, No dinner being offered in the hotel which is a shame as the dining room is so much nicer than the tent,
CAA facial for my daughter was cancelled because of a computer backup cancelling it but management waived other activity to compensate

GBJust fabulous. Very pleasant and efficient staff . Large room with top quality linen,towels and toiletries. Beautiful public rooms and glorious grounds for walks around the lake and woodland. A comprehensive breakfast menu . We were there for a music night in the luxurious tent which we enjoyed and the food was delicious and plentiful, wonderful service from all the staff.
We liked everything, the only thing for me as a tea drinker is that the Nespresso machine in the room just can’t cut it - a decent cup of tea needs to be made with boiling water.
GBA real getaway. Ground and original house are beautiful. 3 course meal was amazing - we are still talking about the food!
